Terms and Conditions

1. Creator Eligibility

The Kirro Creator Program is open to individuals who:

• Reside in the US, UK, Canada, or EU
• Maintain at least 10,000 followers on a verified platform
• Pass Kirro's internal review

Approval is not guaranteed.

2. Application and Approval

• Creators must submit accurate personal and platform information.
• Kirro may approve, reject, or revoke creator status at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Activity

• Approved creators receive one or more affiliate links.
• Conversions are tracked per link.
• Creators may promote Kirro only through ethical and compliant methods.

Kirro prohibits spam, paid search bidding, or impersonation.

4. Commission Eligibility

A commission is earned when:

• A new user subscribes through a creator's affiliate link, and
• The user's payment is successfully processed

Commission rates range from 30 to 40 percent based on performance and agreement.

5. Commission Reversal

Commissions may be reversed for:

• Refunds or chargebacks
• Fraudulent sign-ups
• Policy violations

6. Payouts

• Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD
• Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer
• Processing time: up to five business days after approval

7. Independent Contractor Relationship

• Creators participate as independent contractors.
• No employment or agency relationship is created.

8. Termination

• Kirro may suspend or terminate creator access at any time.
• Unpaid commissions may be forfeited upon termination.

9. Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for tax reporting and compliance.
